Ingredients
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1 jar (18 ounces) peanut butter
- 1 jar (16 ounces) dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup regular vanilla pudding mix (dry from box)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
Directions
- Melt together the chocolate and butterscotch chips with the peanut butter.
- Put half the mixture in a jelly roll pan; refrigerate
- To the other half add peanuts; set aside.
- Combine butter, dry pudding mix and milk; boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and maple flavoring.
- Beat and spread on first layer; cool in refrigerator
- Spread remainder of chocolate-peanut mixture on top.
- Keep in refrigerator. Can be frozen.

- Butter the pan
- Half recipe uses 9x13. Half of all ingredients. 1 cup peanut butter, 3 cups pd sugar is half of 2 pounds.
