Ingredients
1 cup long grain rice (or 1/2 wild and 1/2 white)
1 chicken cutup
1 cup of mushroom or chicken soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Scatter rice in bottom of 9x13" pan
Put chicken on top of rice
Combine soup, water and onion mix
Pour over chicken
Bake at 325 for 2 hours (usually last 20 min or so to brown)
