Ingredients
- 2 or 3 Green Peppers
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 2/3 cup rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 cup water
Directions
- Stuff peppers with rice, beef, onion mix
- Pom soup mix and water in dutch oven
- Spoon some over top of peppers
- Cook at 350 in oven for about 1.5 hours
