Ingredients

• Shredded cabbage
• Carrots
• green pepper
• Celery
• Onions
• Parsley (if you have it)

Directions

We buy a package of shredded cabbage for slaw and add more carrots onion and green pepper and celery. Mix with dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp mustard seed
• 2 tsp celery seed

Directions

1. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil
2. Add mustard seed and celery seed
3. Boil for 3-5 minutes
4. Cool and put in jar; keep in refrigerator
5. Will keep for several months in refrigerator
