- Use any blade, chuck, arm, roast
- Put in heavy frying pan (black) with onion, salt and pepper

- When juice cooks down
- Add water or beer or wine to keep it moist so there is always liquid in it
- I hour before eating you can add carrots cut in strips and potatoes cut in half
- You can you part of a package of dry onion soup instead of fresh onion
- If you do, add some water or beer at beginning
