Ingredients
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 lemon grated rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Stir together sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan
- Gradually add water
- Stir in egg yolks, stirring constantly
- Bring to boil and boil 1 min
- Remove from heat
- Add rind, juice and margarine
- Pour in baked shell
- Top with Never Fail Meringue and bake until brown
Notes
Always put meringue on hot filling and right to edge
