Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Salt
- Vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (I use chopped)
- 8-9" pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, butter, salt, and vanilla
- Put pecans in pie crust
- Pour mixture over nuts
- Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes
