Cake
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c firm pack br. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chop nuts
- 3/4 c cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Directions
Comine in lg bowl. Beat 1 min low, 2 min medium. Grease and flour pan. Bake 45-50 min @ 350F. Frost when cool
