Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Separate eggs
- Beat whites until stiff
- Add cream of tartar
- Add sugar
- Beat 15-20 minutes
- Beat yolks and fold into whites
- To serve: 2 heaping Tbs batter in cup; add 1 oz brandy and dash of rum; full cup with boiling water and sprinkle with nutmeg
