Ingredients
- 8 cups sifted flour
- 2 pk dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup veg. oil
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Combine in bowl 4 cups flour and yeast
- Combine water, oil, sugar and salt
- Combine liquid mix to flour
- Add eggs
- Beat at low speed with mixer for 1/2 minute
- Beat 3 minutes at high speed
- By hand stir in enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough
- Put on floured surface and knead until smooth
- Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise double
- Punch down, divide in 3 portions
- Divide each portion into 8 balls
- Prep ball flat and place on greased baking sheet and press in 3 1/2 in circle
- Let rise till double (about 30 min)
- Bake 375 for 15 min
- Remove from baking sheet and cool
