Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cook 2 Tbsp sugar, cornstarch and water over medium heat until clear, stirring constantly
- Let cool
- Beat whites until stiff
- Gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla
- Add cooked mixture to whites and beat
- Put on pie and bake until light brown (12-15 minutes)

- Results are very good
- Does not get watery
