Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2 (7oz) Hershey's milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
1 (12oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 (7oz) jar marshmallow crème
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside
In large heavy pot over high heat combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wooden spoon
Boil and stir 4 minutes.
Transfer hot mixture to work bowl of large electric mixer fit with paddle attachment
Add all the chocolate
Beat mixture with paddle until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and shiny.
Add marshmallow crème, vanilla, salt, and walnuts.
Beat until ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Transfer mixture to sprayed pan.
Let fudge cool at room temperature until completely set, 4-6 hours (or refrigerate fudge until set, 2 hours)
Cut fudge into 48 pieces
Tightly wrap each piece in waxed paper.
Store at room temperature or refrigerate (let cold fudge come to room temperature before eating)
